Powder Coating Process
Our polyester powder coating process ensures a long-lasting and highly durable finish. We utilise a proven three-stage process to both the inside and outside of the planter, guaranteeing the best finish possible.
We first blast clean the entire surface before adding a zinc-rich primer. We then add a UV-stable polyester top coat which is baked at 200C to create a very hard-wearing and scratch resistant coating.
Appearance
Whatever your design choice, you will be able to find a solution at Lux Unique. We are able to offer almost any RAL colour coating, while we can also provide matte, satin or gloss finishes to ensure the perfect match with your garden or outdoor space.
Minimal maintenance
Our powder coated steel planters are highly durable and long-lasting and require very minimal maintenance to keep them looking fantastic for years to come. To keep yours looking and operating its best, we recommend an annual clean with water and a mild detergent to remove any dirt or grime that might have built up.
