Product Guarantees
All of our products carry a 5-year structural guarantee. This refers to the product remaining intact, still supporting itself and has not physically failed during the guarantee period.
The Guarantee excludes the following: –
- damage caused by poor installation, ground conditions and exceptional weather which includes snow.
- damage caused by the use of unnecessary force or weight on the product beyond the weight capacity stated within the product specification.
- The paint finish of the product unless the structure physically fails as a result of corrosion caused by the failure of an applied paint finish.
- damage caused by improper use or mis-use of the product.
