Product Information

Our Tall Corten steel planter will prove a stunning addition to any garden or outdoor space. Expertly crafted from GENUINE Cor-ten weathering steel (beware of imitations), this striking and very on trend planter is of welded construction with smooth corners. It comes fully assembled and ready to display in your outdoor space.

Our Rusted planters are fabricated by us here on site here in Nantwich Cheshire. They are very heavy and are made of 3mm genuine Cor-ten steel. Some cheaper versions are much less sturdy and are often made of 1.5/2mm steel. If you are in any doubt as to the quality, always check the weight of the product and thickness of the Cor-ten steel. Our planters are built to last a lifetime.

All LuxUnique products are made to the highest quality at our fabrication site in Nantwich Cheshire.

Delivery Information – FAQ’s

How much does it cost?

Due to the heavy nature and size of the products we offer, our delivery charges are based upon the size and weight of a product.  Most of our products are dispatched on a pallet with a tail lift offload.  Smaller items that can be boxed (such as log stores) are usually sent via DPD.   Delivery charges are clearly stated at checkout.

Why do you charge for delivery?

The delivery charge covers the cost of processing, packing, checking and finally delivering your goods.  Every order that we dispatch is processed then either selected from stock, or fabricated to order, quality checked and packaged to ensure it arrives with you in pristine condition.  The costs of this process and the materials used are not added into the product cost and we simply charge what is needed to cover our costs.

Where do you deliver?

We only deliver to mainland UK at the prices set on our website.  Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland or outside of mainland UK.

How long will I wait for my order to be delivered?

For stock items we aim to dispatch within 5 working days.  Our usual dispatch days are Tuesday and Wednesday each week.

For non- stock (bespoke made to order) items our lead time is 4-5 weeks from order.  We will notify you once the product has been fabricated and is ready to be dispatched.

We always endeavour to keep customers updated as to their delivery but once an item leaves us it is in the hands of the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has left us.  Items that are shipped on a pallet usually take 2-3 days to arrive from dispatch. Tracking is available and customers will be sent a link to the tracking following dispatch of the order.

If items are larger than 2 metres in length we may deliver them using our own transport.  We can only accept orders for items over 2 metres directly so please contact us for a quote.

I’d like my order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if I’m not in.  Can you arrange this?
